What is the Company’s business?
The Company provides a construction services of a wide range of large-scale buildings for both government and private sector, including office buildings, educational buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels and residential buildings, particularly condominiums. The scope of services comprises (1) Structure works such as pile works, concrete beam and flooring, and so on (2) Architecture works such as brick walls, wall decoration material, aluminum works, tile works, and covering materials for both internal and external surfaces, and so on (3) Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works such as sanitary works, electrical works, air conditioning, and fire extinguishing systems, among other things

What is the plan to use of proceeds from IPO?

The Company has the policy of dividend payout at the rate of not less than 40% of its annual net profit according to the separate financial statements after tax and legal reserves and other reserves (if any)
