Whistle Blowing

To ensure fair and equitable treatment of all stakeholders, the Company has established whistleblowing channels for stakeholders to report concerns and provide comments or suggestions on matters related to good corporate governance, including human rights violations, fraud, and corruption. Reports, comments, and suggestions may be submitted through the following channels:

(a) Directly to the responsible supervisor

(b) By email to the responsible supervisor, the Internal Audit Department, or the Human Resources Department

(c) By post to the Chairman of the Audit Committee or a Director of the Company

(d) By completing the form below

The Company has established procedures to ensure that the information and identity of individuals providing comments or suggestions are kept strictly confidential.
